Frequently Asked Questions and Policies

When will I get my order?

Your order will ship in approximately 3 business days. If an approved proof is necessary for your order to be completed, your order will ship after you approve your proof.

When will I get a proof?

Your proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

What kind of materials do you use?

All of our invitations and note cards are printed on 80 pound card stock unless otherwise stated on the item page. Our envelopes are 80 pound weight from recycled materials.

Are the items on your website personalized?

Yes, prices shown on the website include printing on invitations and note cards (outside only), and return address on envelopes. You specify what you would like on your cards when you order.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

No, we currently only ship within the U.S.

What do I do about damaged goods or an error?

You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order that an item is damaged. We will make arrangements to ship another item as soon as possible and for a carrier to pick up the damaged item. In the case of an error, if the error was made on our part, we will promptly ship a new, corrected item. If the error was made on your part, we will do everything we can to get a new item to you asap. You will have to pay for the error.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are currently charge the current State of California sales tax. Any orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
